Frequently Asked Questions

Question: I forgot my password and I sent the request for it to be sent back to me, but I have not received it.

Answer: Please check your spam box.  If it is not there, maybe you were using a different email address when you ordered before.

  Help! I cannot check out. I am getting an error message that I must use a unique email address.

Answer: You have told our system that you are both an existing customer and a new customer. Since your email address is already in the system and you filled out one or more New Customer fields, you are saying you are both an existing (old) customer and a new customer. 

When you go to the checkout page, you are either a New customer or an Existing customer.  A customer is an email address, not a person. (There are many people named Jane Doe but there is only one  So any time you come in with a new email address, you are a new customer.

If you ordered from us before using the same email address you are using now - you are an existing customer. And you must fill in only that tiny little section for existing customers - email address, password and click submit!
All those fields below where it says " New customers begin here" must be left blank. If you filled any of those fields out, clear those out with your delete key, permitting the system to fill them in when you hit submit.

See, right now you are saying you are both new & old. As long as you do not change your email address you never will fill in the fields for New customer again.
All you need to do if you do want to use a different email address next time is just to act like a new customer. So put what you want in your cart, go to checkout, and fill in the section that says "New customers begin here". This is because email addresses are the only thing that is unique.  Names are not unique.

Question or (Command): Please let me know when you get "specific incense or item" in so I can buy it.

Answer: We do not have an automated notify service & with thousands of both customers and products, it is not possible for us to add this to our workload.  But check our home page up near the top lines of text where we announce incoming shipments or the product page for the item sometimes.

Question or (Command): Help - There is no button to check out.

Answer:  There is a statement enclosed with a red box on the page that you are seeing each time you add an item to the cart that states how much more you need to spend in order to meet our minimum of $25 and then check out. This minimum is also displayed on our Terms and Shipping page, and a link is available on all our shopping pages, which has been customary since the Internet 1st became popular. We recommend looking for such a page before buying from any online store.
